1. Who we are
Senarx is an independent project operated by Johan Cristiani. We build a mobile CRM (iOS and Android) for independent fitness coaches. This policy covers both the Senarx mobile app and the senarx.app website. For anything privacy-related, contact us at contact@senarx.app.
2. Data we collect
Account data. When you create a Senarx account we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile (name) from Google. We never receive your Google password.
Coaching data you enter. As a CRM, Senarx stores the information you choose to record about your own clients and leads: names, contact details, status, renewal dates, notes and pipeline stages. Your clients do not use Senarx; you enter and control this data.
Billing data. Subscriptions are processed by the app stores (Apple, Google) and by RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and purchase history. We never see or store your card details.
Notifications. If you enable push notifications, we store a device push token so we can deliver them.
Website. If you submit the Early Access form on senarx.app, we collect your email address to add you to the waitlist.
3. Why we use it
We use this data only to provide and operate the service: to authenticate you, run your CRM, manage your subscription, deliver the notifications and reminders you configure, send account and transactional emails, and answer your support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors that handle data on our behalf, each under their own privacy terms:
• Supabase — database, authentication and hosting (EU region, Frankfurt).
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Expo — delivery of push notifications.
• Google — Sign in with Google, if you use it.
• Resend — transactional emails.
• Formspree — the website Early Access form only.
5. Where your data is stored
Your account and coaching data are stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Some providers (RevenueCat, Expo, Google, Resend, Formspree) may process limited data outside the EU, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data about your clients
The information you record about your clients and leads is data you control. For that data you act as the data controller and Senarx acts as your processor: we store and process it solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record this information and, where required, for informing your clients. You can edit or delete this data at any time from within the app.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete the associated personal and coaching data, except limited records (such as billing) that we must retain to meet legal obligations. Website waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist closes.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, or to request deletion of your account, email contact@senarx.app. We respond as soon as possible, and within 30 days at most.
9. Security
Data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we use industry-standard measures to protect your information.
10. Children
Senarx is a professional tool for fitness coaches and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Cookies and tracking
The senarx.app website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking technologies. The mobile app does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above, and significant changes may also be notified in the app or by email.
